Content width

Has anyone else noticed that the content is often too wide for the area assigned to it? So it pops right down to below the (very long) menus?

I think the menus could be made a bit narrower, and the content could be forced to fit in the assigned content area.

I agree, also the side columns also don't move to the side of the page, if there is more space. It's quite annoying that even making the window larger doesn't help to make the site more usable.
